Order
We start working on your order as soon as it is placed, so there is a very limited time-frame in which you can amend or cancel it. If you would like to make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible by e-mail.
Unfortunately we cannot add items to an existing order. Please place a new order with the extra items and contact us. We’ll be happy to waive shipping on this additional order if it was placed within 24 hrs of the original order.
Promotion codes are entered in the checkout. Enter the code in the promo code field, the total amount of your order will be re-calculated and you will clearly see how much was deducted.
Returns
Please e-mail lomosworld@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged item and photo of the packing slip with order number in the subject line. We will determine if item is returnable.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Shipping
Yes. We care about the amount of waste that fills the landfills. We take care to use recyclable packaging.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. You can also check tracking here:
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Delays due to high order volumes or postal service issues sometimes occur and are outside of our control. For further inquiry check our shipping policy.
No. Unfortually, all orders only ship within the United States.
